The oversized cargo is sent by separate cars (non-combined cargo) and always «to the customer’s door». The transport is searched in this case through the logistics company with which our enterprise has been successfully cooperating for more than 5 years. How the uninterrupted operation of the equipment manufactured by LLC PKP «BAK» LLC is ensured?

  • The warranty and post-warranty service is provided by own Service Department of LLC «Yug-Service», which is located at the plant;
  • Any equipment manufactured by our factory and handed over to our Service Department is subject to free warranty repair throughout the warranty period. In case of breakage, if the malfunction was not due to improper operation or unqualified repair, maintenance or other interference that caused the design change, as well as other reasons arisen not through the manufacturer’s fault;
  • The delivery of spare parts to the customer is made from a warehouse in Taganrog on the terms agreed upon with the customer in advance after filling in the application;
  • almost all spare parts and accessories for our equipment are always available in our stock, and in cases if any item is not available and repair is required urgently, the components are removed from the equipment available in our warehouse so that the operation of your equipment was restored as soon as possible.
